Ability to change the state of multiple tickets at the same time

System generated email tickets or a major issue can create a large number of duplicate tickets. Grouping at this stage does nothing, I cant act on a group. When on issue is fixed 30 or 40 tickets may have to be processed Allow status changes through the grouped tickets or from the main ticket list window by using the check boxes.

Please fix this somehow. Its driving my staff and clients MAD
