Allow for a change of default text size for Notes

Custom Fonts/Sizes would help conforming to some organizations requirements.

Currently default text size is 12, some might like the ability to change the text size to better suit an individual's desire or need.

    From what I understand, I believe the text size should be changed back to 10 in 8.4 and later.
