pdf version of printout not the same as print

When printing an incident if one prints from the print button the description details are formatted as typed in the area. When printing PDF that Description area loses all formatting - all line feeds are apparently stripped out = yukky to read.

    Hello we open SR#101090573261 (Jul 25, 2017). When we use html code view is correct but pdf and print without table (html). is promised repair and a new version of NSD. Let's see if my kids will not drive grandchildren ... Jan
