Updated 03-Feb: Dynamic Counter KS

This KS will dynamically enumerate the instances of specified counter(s), and monitor each one individually. To define a counter to be monitored dynamically, enter it in the format Object\Counter\*, for example Physical Disk\Disk reads/sec\*. The _Total instance may be excluded if required by a separate parameter. A specific counter instance may also be monitored by entering its name in full. Multiple counters may be specified, separated by comma. Each Counter defined must have its own threshold, over which an event will be raised.

Update 03 Feb to address typo in XML data which causes Analysis Center ETL Job to fail.
