Report Malformed SMTP Addresses

For SMTP actions, if the specified email addresses are invalid, the email will  not be sent. For example: the delimiter is a comma (instead of semicolon); there is a blank address between two delimiters; there is a space after the delimiter. The NetIQ properties dialog does not enforce these edits. This SQL query does the following. For each job with an SMTP action with malformed address(es), report the server, job, and email addresses, and the reason(s) the addresses are invalid.
