Monitor APC InfraStrucXureCentral SNMP Trap Messages

Modified SNMP Async receiver to create events from traps sent by an APC InfraStruXure Central network management system.

Steps:
1. Setup SNMP tool kit
2. Drop the attached KS on it, enable all severities, check Enable all alarms and turn off Trap Exclusion. This is so every ISX trap will create an event for testing it all works.
3. In InfraStruXUre Central add the remote AppManager SNMP agent as a Network Management System and forward all trap messages to it.
3. There is a test button in ISX you can use to check the SNMP agent is receiving the traps. Also check the SNMP logs on the AM SNMP agent computer

The search string for each device type had to be used as I think ISX masked the OID of the originating device type. There also lots of info at the APC site about the OIDs they use for the severities and other traps messages.
