SMAX to CSV CIT scenario can't run or be produced

Hey, I was working on building a scenario, using connect-it 9.81, that would gather information from SMAX and then write that information to a local csv file.  The connectors seem to open without issue and the mapping can produce the data.  However, the produce now button is grayed out.  I checked and made sure that the scenario was not in test mode and the first connector is selected as a couple of other community posts have mentioned trying.  However the scenario still will not run.  Has anyone else ran into this issue and know what may be causing this?

    Hi ,

    To use SMAX as Source connector you wont get the Produce now button, so you need to use a Data generator connector in front of SMAX connector and then you can use Produce Now button for Data generator
