Unable to open CIT after a fresh install - Missing MSVCR120.dll

Hi,

I've just installed CIT 9.90 Patch 3 and when I start the "Connect-It Scenario Builder" or "Service Console" I get an error that a DLL file is missing.

I don't find any information about this. Does anyone have any idea?

    This reply might be too late, however, I just installed CIT 9.90 Patch 3 this week and received similar error for MSVCR100.dll.  I searched, found and copied MSVCR100.dll from an Oracle 19c 64-bit install ("..\client\stage\Components\oracle.jdk\1.8.0.201.0\1\DataFiles\Expanded\filegroup2\jre\bin") to "C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\Connect-It 9.90 en\bin".

    In an unrelated support case, the SW Support Engineer L2 suggested the following in relation with this file..."In case you cannot find the DLL file on your computer, you can search for it on the AM server. This file is used by Microsoft Visual C++ or any RDBMS, so you can find it there too."
