Yes, as per our documentation https://marketplace.microfocus.com/itom/content/am-browser is not compatible with AM 9.80v, this is because AM 9.80 comes in x64 and AM9.70 is in x32 , I would be checking with Micro Focus R&D if there is any way to install the latest version of the browser onto 9.80; or if they can do a patch for it.

Please note the same thing is happening with SLO, 9.80 cannot install SLO because it comes in x32 and in AM 9.80 it comes in 64x

I’ll update this questions once I received a response from our R&D team if there is any workaround or if we may have to wait for a new version of the browser to be released.

Thank you for your response, AM browser works with 9.80 and dll pointing to 9.70, no need to modify anything with the older version.

when it comes to SLO it wont support with 9.80, if you still need SLO you have to import in 9.70 database and then we need to migarte to 9.80 and thats how we did as suggested by R&D.

Please let us know if need any help for your implementation.

And in 9.80 even the import option wont work, to fix this issue we need to instal the HF on top the default AM 9.80 installation.
