Attach whole email as an attachment in SMAX through Connect IT

Hi team,

We have urgent report from the customer which is their main business requirement using CIT for Email Integration.

I have a CIT email integration scenario which attach the whole mail as an attachmnet perfectly, only when i executed the scenario manually.

When scheduling, it doesnt work in a same way. It attach all images in the mail, attaching as a seperate attachment in SMAX.

Please suggest any. I have attached screenshots of the configuration.

    I dont know if you resolved this.

    You must have the conit.ini file that is located in your windows profile directory when you have saved the scenarion with your email options ... AppData\Roaming\Micro Focus\ConnectIt\conf\conit.ini

    ... copied to the AppData location of the account that is running the windows service for the scheduler, so if running under Local system ... 

    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Micro Focus\ConnectIt\conf\conit.ini

    .... else copied to the roaming profile of the user you may be running the service as instead.
