Floating license issue

Hi,

We have Asset manager with number of named users license and it works fine, but we need now to add license for number of floating users, we applied the steps of install license key using Autopass license keys, but after activation of database we see only named users which installed before there is no floating users, it is equal to zero, and we ensure that the device id for both licenses are the same, so please any suggestion?
