Cannot Insert Null into AMEXPENSELINE Table BRECHARGE

HI Team, 

We are getting below warning in the Asset Manager system. AM version 9.71.

"Warning: Maximum number of ID's supplied by the database, which are used to create new records, has almost been reached. Warning: When the limit has been reached you will no longer be able to connect to database." 

 

When we run the ID defragmentation we found that Description is Mandatory and it is not appearing as default value in work order table. 

Also when we tried to modify and create new fields in Application designer we got attached error. 

Application designer is not allowing to save the database structure after defragmentation completed.

Please suggest further workaround to this issue if anyone faced this previously.
