Not able to insert new asset with existing model

Hi All,

Trying to insert new assets with existing model name through connect-it scenario which pulls data from UCMDB, but we are getting below error message. Can somebody help us to resolve this issue.

AssetCenter/Asset Manager' API error: 'ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.amModel' with unique index 'Model_FullName'. The duplicate key value is (/PowerEdge R620/). SQLSTate: 23000\nODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated. SQLSTate: 01000\nIndex error: A record in table 'Models (amModel)' with the value '/PowerEdge R620/' for field 'Full name (FullName)' already exists in the database.'

Regards,

Sridhara.

Hopefully the CIT mapping branch for amModel reconciliation is not set to "Insert only".  Hopefully you are not mapping directly to the FullName field.  Hopefully the model already exists in AM (ie. not being created from CIT with commit every 100 records default).  You may want to contact OpenText Support.
