On test connection Connect-IT gives error "Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message" in Service Manager Connector.

After the upgrade to CIT 9.91, now when creating new connection in SM connector and clicking on "Test Connection" the message "Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message" pops up, even though there is no SSL connection used between SM and CIT.
Due to a new OpenText security policy - the option for SSL is selected/enabled by default.
Which was not the case in previous CIT versions.
