NEWS! Every support organization, whether it’s an IT or HR service desk, needs to integrate with other systems. This week we’re focusing on the Integration power within SMAX. Look for sessions about our new integration engine, how to integrate knowledge from other sources, and how to link to your telephony solution for a seamless service desk experience.

REMINDER! We’ve added new Getting Started and Automation on-demand sessions to our catalog. And remember—if you’ve missed any of the live sessions, you can watch them on demand from the session catalog.
 
SMAX APP CHALLENGE! The deadline approaches! Submissions to enter the SMAX App Challenge are due by the end of this week. Don’t worry if you haven’t started yet. You can build a SMAX Studio  app in less than 1 hour. So watch those on-demand app-building sessions, then roll up your sleeves and create your entry. Sign up now.

ADDED BONUS! After reviewing our plans for the Integration Hackathon happening this week, we realized our deep dive into the integration engine session was so good it had to be shared with a wider audience. So today, September 19, we are extending the live session to 90 minutes and making the deep dive available for live viewing right after the Integration Overview. Don’t worry if you can’t stick around for the longer session. You can watch it later, on demand.
