SA compliance issue

Hi Team we are getting warning as below while running a patch compliance and not getting what could be the issue.

Can you please help me.

:Patch List is filtered by permissions and does not include exceptions"

    You probably set some patch exceptions on the server.
    The warning message only tells you that this view does not list these patch policy exceptions.
