Not able to deploy HPSA in to the windows 2008 machine

Not able to deploy HPSA in to the windows 2008 machine ends with below error.

[ERROR] zap_agent: FAIL

[ERROR] RunCommand() - Popen failed : 'install_tool_x64.exe --unpack="C:\windows\TEMP\~4824-1.WRK\opsware-agent.exe","C:\Program Files\Opsware\agent" --install="C:\Program Files\Opsware\agent","C:\windows\TEMP\~4824-1.WRK" --loglevel=trace' : Error : (5) : 'Access is denied.

[ERROR] Opsware agent installation failed.

Can some one help me

How are you deploying this agent: ADT or logged into the server?

Either way: are you using an account with necessary privileges?

I am getting the below error.
