SA 2020.11 Oracle 12c upgrade to 19

We have MM 2020.11 mesh each using Oracle 12c. Our DBA's are on us pushing us to upgrade to Oracle 19 and I am wondering if anyone else has some input. I believe the plan is to just upgrade in-place.

Any experiences, tips or gotchas would be appreciated while we plan this.
