Can OGFS Permission Log in to Server be set to prompt for login screen

We have instances where a person's SA login ID is not the same as their userid defined in the managed servers that are attached to MFSA.  Because of this, the OGFS permission 'Log in to Server' does not allow the user to connect, as the setting for this permission is usually set for 'SA user name'.  We could set this to 'Login as root' instead, but we'd like to avoid that if possible.

Similar to how 'Relay RDP Session to Server' works for windows, we are looking to see if there is a way for 'Log in to Server' to be set so that a login screen is displayed rather than logging them in directly with a specific userid.  This would allow users in this situation to login with their normal ID.

I've tried a number of different methods and options following information documented in the Users Guide, but no matter what I try, when I select a server and remote login, it prompts for a userid to be selected before it attempts to connect.  Since the OGFS permission cannot be added until you select one of the 'Logins' options (SA user name or Login as), it may just be that this OGFS permission is written such that a userid is always required, but I wanted to check with the community to see if anyone knows of a method.
