Validating DATA automatically in SMAX Change Management

Hi All - Quick question & not sure if this has been answered before. Couldn't find it. Also new to SMAX.

Can we use some triggers (thru scripts or feature available) to check validity of data automatically before closing the change request ticket? The resolver enters all data & then we have someone else to review whether the data entered is correct or not. I dont want to check the data manually & then close the Change request. Can the data verification be triggered automatically? 

If yes, pl can you advise how this could be done. thanks.
