(HCMX) Support Tip: Cloud Management Platform FinOps

This is a new feature available in HCMX 2023.05.

It is to help organizations gain visibility of cloud cost and usage across public cloud vendors, better manage cloud spend, and eliminate cloud waste, Cloud Management Platform (CMP) FinOps is introduced. It includes the existing cloud cost governance and cloud insight functionalities, as well as the new cloud account management capability. 

Suite Administration must be used to deploy the CMP FinOps solution.
