(HCMX) Support Tip: HCMX License Usage Report shows decimals

After an HCMX License Usage Report is exported (Tenant Admin Account > Administration > People > All People), some usages are shown in decimals. why does it happen?

The total license consumed is cumulative consumption for all the resources provisioned.  For resources that can't be categorized under any of the component types, the default license unit consumed will be 0.125.
