(HCMX) Support Tip: Processing Order

HCMX Resource Offerings are processed in the same order as they are listed against the component. Components are executed from leaf node to parent node. Same sibling components are executed together unless processing order is set. Processing order should be used if the component siblings have dependency on each other.
