Situation

In Service Management -> Administration -> People, select multiple users and update multiple records in the fields on the right. It is found that the changed information cannot be synchronized to BO. What is the reason? How to change multiple fields in multiple users at the same time and synchronize the updated information to BO?

Resolution

The above update method is a batch update of EMS and cannot trigger the synchronization function of BO.

Therefore, the current product design does not support the above batch updates to be synchronized to BO.

User can use the API to perform batch updates for multiple users, so that the updated information can be synchronized to BO.
