(HCMX) Support Tip: HCMX DB design

Before HCMX version 2022.05, OO is embedded within the application. The OO database is included within the PostgreSQL DB for HCMX, which includes all corresponding DBs for OO and other tenants. All these tenants would use the same DB and have different tables within them.

In HCMX version 2022.05 and later, embedded OO is replaced by OO Containerized. Separate DBs are created for each tenant during HCMX installation.
