The execution of the task plan in service request depends on the itom-xruntime-platform-offline pod.

Environment

Hybrid Cloud Management X
 

Situation

In Hybrid Cloud Management X (HCMX) after a request is created through Amazon AWS Compute Advanced (CloudSlang) offerings, the task plan shows that the Deploy service is always in progress.


Cause

There was a job to proceed DND scheduler running in platform-offline pod that was not up.
