(HCMX) Support Tip: Issues with notifications in Cost Limits

In HCMX 2020.11, a Spend Group is setup with a threshold and notifications are enabled. The Cost Limits threshold is crossed but the customer does not receive any notification.

Open a support ticket asking for Hotfix 26392, https://rdapps.swinfra.net/hotfix/#/hotfix/26392.
