Ability to add attachment to Portal chat

What I've experienced, currently portal's chat app supports text-only communication between the end user and help desk agent.

I'd suggest the end user could add an attachment to the chat window. Attachment could be added to right after the conversation has started and SD ticket is opened. Naturally the attachment would end up to the SD ticket as well.
