Ability to add "This Help me" On Service Portal Virtual agent

Dear Team,

We are having a valid requirement now on SMAX that all the suggestions that are suggested by the virtual agent or Knowledge Document so accordingly the system can automatically created a request and close it on behalf of the user.


Business use case:

Virtual agent and self service suggestion KPIs should be counted so the IT department can have a visual on the exact ROI the virtual agent and Knowledge document that was used as an answer.


however this functionality is currently not available in SMAX and thus the IT department case have a visual on the behavior of the virtual agent and how to improve it.
