Ability to switch Approve/Deny buttons for quick approval in Service Portal

Currently, when approval is pending, end user will be list of approvals in top-right corner menu in Service Portal, with an ability to approve/deny immediately by pressing relevant button in this menu.

Many customers want to make sure approvers read and analyze what they are about to approve/deny before they press the button. Therefore, they want to be able to hide these buttons and leave only "Show all" to go to full list of pending approvals, and there press "Approve" or "Deny".

Can we create a switch for this feature in Service Portal Feature Settings of SMAX?
