Able to display person's location, phone number in "Requested for" field

SMAX 2019.11 and higher release does not allow Tenant Administrator to modify the person's display information in an Incident or Request Form when Agents move the mouse to hove over the "Requested for" field or press the grid icon.

We would like to display the "Requested for" person's location, phone number, manager's name, and cellular phone when Support Agents hove over the field or press the grid icon. The Support Agents do not grant the permission of accessing administration modules in the ROLE record.

Will the future release of SMAX allow the Tenant Administrator to modify the hove over display format and modify the display of table view when the Agents press the grid icon?

Micro Focus support specialist mentioned that it cannot be done in current releases (2020.05, 2020.08). Thank you.

    While the form is not configurable, it contains most of the fields you are referencing, but they don't show up if there is no value in them. All three phone numbers and the Location will display. Have you tried to display the form for a Person where the data is populated?

    Additionally, there is a Description field available to be used as needed, which can be populated with additional information, either manually, or through business rules. The manager can be one example.
