Hi Team,

We have requirement on reporting in SMAX

Need a report for pulling data at ticket activity level for a given assignmnet group and given time period.

For Ex: Time period - 1-Jul-2020 to 31-Jul-2020
Assignment group -  GroupA, GroupB
All tickets and the complete activities(Open to close) of those tickets.
All the record are being stored in Historical activity.
