Add live Chat to SMAX Mobility application as currently only virtual agent can be used in which the ability to chat with live agent will be totally useful because mobile now is playing a big role in any enterprise.

 

Business Use case:

End user should be able to chat with the live agent through the mobile to request instant support which will reduce the MTTR of all the IT department.
