Add SM contact fields to SMA Portal user preferences

Customer wants to have SM contact fields in the SMA Portal user preferences window.
They want the end user was able to see these contacts fields and edit them if the user wants.

There is a temporal phone field in SM contacts table.
Customer would want to see this field value in the user portal preferences and edit it if the end user user wants.
