1. Submit a catalog request which needs Service (line manager) approval.
2. Add an attachment to this request at the checkout stage
3. View the approval for the request and check visibility of the attachment

Expected result is "Attachment should be visible and able to be opened and viewed"

It's good to see the attachment while approving the ticket.
