Authorized Domain field should be case insensitive

Hi Team

For using the e-mail imap integration, Authorized Domain field should be case insensitive.

We have around 50+ authorized domains in our environment. Since the authorised  domain field is case sensitive, we have to maintain around 150+ domains .To add and maintain  all the domains into the authorized domain field is a time-consuming job.  We would like an option make authorized domain feild to case insensitive.

    Definitely domain list shouldn't be case sensitive.


    Got the same issue, came to this while domain of sender somehow was upper case, but earlier user could create Service Requests. 

    For example ABC.COM abc.COM is 4  domains instead of one in this situation.
