In the Service Request, we are not able to create another Service Request and link it to the parent record.
the use case is the following : the requester sent an email with several topics (a new pc and an application acces for instance). the analyst need to create 2 sub requests from the original request and link them to the original.
I am able to do it using a Business rule or a task with Create new related record with relationship
Request caused by request. But I am not able to do it manually.
Solution : add this option in the More button from the Service Request
