The task desciption field is to small. We need to enter more data into the field.
The field for adding business rule is to small as well. It won't let you make long conditions.
This is absolutely critical for tasks to be useful. I was just talking about this with a couple of Service Anywhere (soon to be SMAX) customers earlier this week at the ITOM Customer Success seminar in London, and we all agreed it is a pain point.
The nice thing about SMAX is that you can now at least add new fields to tasks, so as a workaround I have added a rich text field, added it to the forms and we just put some sort of text in the old description field to keep it happy, but it's not ideal, and would be much better if the existing Description field was just made rich text with no limit on size.
