It would be great if a possibility to plan / communicate / update convenient time slots for on site support would exist.
End users would be enabled to manage appointments with supporters in an easy way when creating / updating a request.
Use cases: The agents need to send an IT person to the desk of the reqester (e.g. hardware support, delivery of goods...). The requester should be able to provide a convenient time slot (or more than one).
Important: The requester should be capable to update these timeslot via the service portal in an easy way, e.g. if there are changes to his availability.
This functionality is often offered by "workplace management" tools.
