Capture Time

Hi Team 


We have requirement to capture time when the ticket is Suspended or Pending End user , also how much time the assignee took to solve the issue . 

Currently via OLA we can capture time for Groups , please can you consider same for other parameters like Assignee , Status etc .


It would be really great if we can get a CLOCK kind of functionality which was available in SM
