Change Service Portal Font

Current Service Portal Theme Settings allows to change the Font of the Portal Header Name only, other Font used accorss the portal is set default and our customer would like to have the option to allow to change the Font accross the whole system to Arial as per their Branding Standards

please allow Feature to chane the Text Font accross the system.

  • We do experience the same. in the service portal Fonts and sizes from offerings and knowledge are different. It would be very helpfull if all looks the same. 

    When creating a knowledge document of offering you only have the options: normal : header 1, header 2, etc. Both document looks the same in the agent interface. But after publishing they look different on the portal.

    Offerings do have a bigger fonts than articles.

  • Agreed Islam the functionality is critical for many customer to apply their branding and it was already available in all service manager versions
