Changes to the message log

When you either close or escalate a Interaction our helpdesk would like more informations in the message log (web client - the little bell)

They would like to see for the last 3 to 4 entries the SDnumber (as shown today) and the contact id

Furthermore they would like it, when you make an update on an Interaction or on a Request, that the number where shown in the message log. Now it's only when you update an IM that the numbers are shown.
