We have a request from customer to be able to create a complain upon submitting survey as per ITIL/ISO20k best practice end users should be able to create a complain if he is not satisfied with the service provided by the supporting teams.

 

Business use case:If customer is not satisfied and need to escalate to the quality team so accordingly upon filling a survey he should be able to create complain.
