It would be great to be able to disable some OOTB action buttons in the Service portal, especially button "Mark as Solved" for IT Support Offerings.
Great benefit would be also to be able to create several own custom fields in the Service Portal.
In our customer environment we are trying to prepare solution, which would allow end user to withdraw and urge their requests. OOTB button "Mark as solved" is available only in case of IT Support Offering, but our customer needs to have these two functionalities for both IT Support and IT Service Offerings. When we create workaround solution for request urgency and withdrawal, we cannot disable the "Mark as Solved" button, which could be a bit confusing for end users.
