Decision in task plan based on manual task's completion

We have a case where our customer wants to have a Decision in the task plan, in fulfillment, and  the decision is based whether the previous manual task is "canceled" or "completed".

So it would be greate if we can use the manual task's outcome in order to change the path of the decision in the task plan.

  • A very sensible idea, but I think this can already be implement via a task process rule that updates the parent request with the outcome of the task (in a custom field). The decision can then be based on that field.
