The OOTB field Description and Solution are declared to be available in Raw Data Report, but they are not.
These fields , for Request, Incident and Change, are so important that Customer are requiring scheduled report in order to manage the service outcome according the contract.
The lack of this information on a report requires customization or additional software layer, but OOTB solution should be the best option.
This need to be available also according the official documentation.
