detect CIs of type Service Component and Actual Service when opening a ticket with Native SACM

Hello team,

with Native SACM, it's more important to be able to have Auto CI detection available also in Service Component and Actual Service.

Use case:

Imagine that we have this Service Modeling in CMS:

as we have Native SACM, one user wants to open a ticket that has a relation with  Payroll Business Service and Payment Portal business application.

As you can see, we are not detecting CIs. It's important also to detect CIs for business services and applications. End-users normally don't know what is the infrastructure supporting those business services.
