Disable "Not finding what you are looking for?" section options

When the end user searches on the Service Portal, the "create a standard support request." and/or "ask your friends" options appear at the bottom of the search results. These options should be closable for customers who do not want to use these features.

    The two options at the bottom of the search results page are controlled by the settings in the Administration > Self Service Portal Settings > Feature Settings.

    For the "ask your friends", as long as you disable the Q&A config option under the Feature selection section, the message will disappear.

    For the "create a standard support request", if you change the Request offering on Self-Service Portal request parameter to Mandatory, the message will change to "Please try different keywords or Select from categories".
