Email integration - extend the email validity time frame limit

In our organisation we have a high number of staff who work irregular shift patterns which means they often do not get the opportunity to respond within the maximum 5 day limit. Could the limit be extended to 21 days (ideally) which would give leeway for holidays/sickness too?

    5 days is way too limited for feedback on an email. People are busy, ooo and have often a huge backlog in their mailbox.

    If customers have a limit for feedback on the proposed solution for 10 days, the end-user will not be able to Accept the solution using the email after 5 days. 

  • Definitely would support this. Our staff get frustrated when they try to reply to a message from SMAX and then find they're out of the 5 day window.

  • Hello  it would be for all email integration notifications sent to the end user, i.e. request created, new comment, request more info and accept/reject solution.
