Embedded images and attachment present in email body should be added to description and comments

We have a customer that needs the Service Request ‘Description’ and the ‘Comments’ Tabs to be able to display customer email updates/responses as they were originally sent The current behavior is to strip the images and attachments and add them to the 'Attachments' tab

The attachments are often stored at the bottom of the ticket and are quite often missed out in the process of supporting the customer.
